Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by OG Furniture Installation & Assembly Services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Offered
OG Furniture Installation & Assembly Services provides professional furniture assembly, installation, smart electronics setup, IoT device configuration, gym equipment installation, home theatre setups, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Office and workstation furniture assembly and installation
- Residential furniture including beds, sofas, wardrobes, and living room furniture
- School, college, and institutional furniture installation
- IKEA, Chinese, and modern furniture assembly
- Smart electronics, IoT devices, and home automation setup
- Home gym equipment installation and setup
- Home theatre and AV system installation
2. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to technician availability. We will confirm your appointment within 2 hours of receiving your request. Scheduled appointments must be confirmed at least 12 hours before the service time.
- Customers must be present or arrange a representative during the service
- Access to the premises must be provided at the agreed time
- Rescheduling is permitted with at least 12 hours advance notice
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) may incur a booking fee
3. Pricing & Payments
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work discovered on-site.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and major cards
- Additional charges may apply for extra materials, complex assemblies, or travel beyond the standard service area
- GST and applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and safe service delivery, customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring all furniture and equipment packages are present and unopened before the technician arrives
- Providing a safe, clear, and accessible workspace
- Verifying that all parts are included in the packaging before assembly begins
- Informing us of any special requirements, fragile items, or structural concerns
- Ensuring adequate lighting and power supply at the work location
5. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following warranty on our services:
- 30-day workmanship warranty on all furniture assembly and installation services
- Warranty covers defects arising directly from our installation work
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or manufacturer defects
- Smart electronics and IoT setup warranty is subject to manufacturer terms
- Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period with adequate documentation
6. Liability & Damages
OG Furniture Installation & Assembly Services is fully insured. However, our liability is subject to the following conditions:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, floors, or furniture
- Liability for accidental damage caused by our technicians is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete assembly instructions provided by the manufacturer
- Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
- We are not responsible for missing parts or components that were not present at the start of the job
7. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if notice is provided more than 24 hours before the appointment
- Cancellations within 12โ24 hours may incur a 25% service fee
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% service fee
- OG Furniture reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund or rescheduling offered
8. Privacy & Data
Any personal information collected (name, phone, email, address) is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
9. Code of Conduct
Our technicians are trained professionals who adhere to a strict code of conduct:
- Technicians will always carry valid ID and arrive in uniform
- All workspaces will be cleaned after job completion
- Technicians will treat your property and belongings with respect
- No smoking, alcohol, or inappropriate behaviour on customer premises
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
11. Changes to Terms
OG Furniture Installation & Assembly Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
